Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the 21/90 Habit mobile application (“the App”), provided by Pashtrik Kajtazaj (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

21/90 Habit is a single-habit tracking app built on the idea that it takes about 21 days to build a habit and 90 to live it. The App lets you choose one habit, check in daily, track your streak and progress, and receive local reminders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• 21/90 Plus is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks continued tracking and premium features.
• New subscriptions may include a free trial (currently 1 week). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews and your payment method is charged.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to it or its systems, or using it in violation of any law.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, content, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Not medical or professional advice

The App supports habit-building and general wellbeing. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
