Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pashtrik Kajtazaj (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the 21/90 Habit app (“the App”). By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information

You sign in only with Sign in with Apple. Apple provides us with a unique user identifier and — only on your first sign-in — the name and email address you choose to share. Apple may provide a private relay email if you hide your address. We do not collect or store passwords.

Habit data

The habit you choose, your daily check-ins (dates), your reminder time and days, your optional personal reason (“your why”), and your derived progress (current day, streak, completion rate). This is the core data that makes the App work.

Subscription information

If you subscribe to 21/90 Plus, the purchase is processed by Apple. Through our subscription provider (RevenueCat) we receive your subscription status and product identifier, so we can unlock features. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Device & notifications

Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not collect the content of your notifications.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, health records, or browsing history. We do not display ads, and we do not sell your personal data.

2. How we use your information

To operate the App — track your habit, show your progress, and send reminders.
To create and manage your account.
To manage your subscription and unlock premium features.
To respond to your support requests.

3. Third-party services

Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store payments.
Supabase — hosts your account and habit data (authentication + database).
RevenueCat — manages and validates your subscription status.

These providers maintain their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

4. Data storage & security

Your records are protected by row-level security — only you can access your own data.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Habit data may also be stored on your device for offline use.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data and cannot be undone.
Subscription records held by Apple and RevenueCat are governed by their policies.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your data in-app, or contact us for help.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
